As global executive coach and learning facilitator, Beth’s continuing challenge is to harness human potential and convert it into sustainable, exceptional performance.
Individuals and teams both benefit from her insight and ability. Individual’s are able to progress toward their individual development goals and deepen their understanding of themselves and their organizational contribution. She helps organizations engage the individual to pursue mutually reinforcing objectives to achieve ever-higher, sustainable levels of performance
especially in the face of challenge and complexity. Beth has coached executives in Japan, China, and the Philippines in the process of developing their leadership skills.
Her work experience includes senior executive responsibility for corporate technical innovation and market development; new business development and organizational consultancy. She has worked with both Fortune 500 companies and small enterprises in a career that spans over 30 years. Beth’s is a unique combination of technical and creative skills and a broad corporate
experience spanning several industries, to industries as far afield as technical textiles, consumer products, medical devices, training and website development.
The ability to work effectively across cultures comes from worldwide and regional assignments with Johnson & Johnson. This includes 12 years of strategic line responsibility for innovation and product development in Asia and elsewhere.
Beth’s formal training as a coach includes certification in Gestalt Facilitation and Coach, a program in Ontological Coaching from Newfield in Australia; and the New Ventures West Coaching to Excellence program. In addition, she is certified in Emotional Intelligence, Spiral Dynamics, NLP, MBTI and Firo-B.
Beth attended the University of Pennsylvania (MS candidate for Leadership, Dynamics of Organization), University of the
Philippines, the Asian Institute of Management and Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. Her client base includes multinational corporations and leading-edge Asian companies with a focus on the senior and upper-middle managers
of organizations.
