Coach

Deena is an executive coach who specializes in managing performance in a dynamic – even volatile – global enterprise. In such an environment, constant change is the rule.

Therefore, leaders of global enterprises must be able to perform effectively in multiple contexts across great expanses and time zones. This all takes place with a minimum of regular direct contact and increasing virtuality of interaction between leaders and their organizations. Deena helps them meet this challenge by first making them aware of the strategic factors that influence or drive organizational performance: culture, personal behavior and perception.

That done, leaders are coached into harnessing their hitherto untapped reserves of creativity, energy and insight that they can use to drive and sustain the organization’s ability to meet both corporate and their expectations.

Before venturing out on her own, Deena held positions of increasing responsibility with Unilever PLC, a global leader in FMCG. There she established Unilever Foods’ first Coaching network, with responsibility as lead coach and management of more than 20 coaches. She also held strategic responsibility for sourcing and developing managerial talent for local (UK) and global deployment.

Deena attended CAL State University, Dominguez Hills, USA where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. She is a Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the British Psychological Society, Level B Intermediate. Her other qualifications include: MBTI, FIRO B, CPI 260, 15FQ+, 16PF, JTI and Work Style Analyzer Practitioner; a Certified NLP Practitioner and member of IoD, Association for Coaching, EMCC, ACPI. She is currently obtaining a Coaching Diploma from Academy of Executive Coaching.
