Facilitator
Edwina Chiu is a Master Trainer and Co-founder of Human Capital Development Hong Kong. She has
over 20 years of experience training and coaching entrepreneurs, senior executives and individuals in
Greater China (Hong Kong SAR, PRoC, Taiwan), Malaysia, Thailand, Mexico, Canada and USA. Edwina
also works across age groups that includes children, teenagers and families.
Since 1985, she has facilitated and conducted hundreds of 3-14 day Corporate Wellness and Leadership
training workshops and directly taught 10,000 people around the world. Edwina co-founded Global One
(HK) Ltd in 1998 to offer experiential learning for individual and corporate clients with a focus on wellness
and harmony of the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects in life.
In addition to their conduct, Edwina also designs training workshops. She has authored, in addition to
corporate courses, Family Workshops, Parents Program and “Oneness” events. In 2003-2004, Edwina
designed and delivered the first National Service Program for Youths for Malaysia. This program turned
out over 1,600 Malaysian leader-trainers who, in turn, taught over 70,000 youth nationwide in pursuit of
PM Dr Mahathir Mohammad’s “Way Forward” Vision 2020.”
Edwina is a certified Samurai Game trainer. She delivers with passion and wit, constantly striving to
achieve and sustain audience engagement in order to achieve learning objectives.
From 1997 to 2001, she studied under William Brugh Joy M.D., one of the world’s leading experts on
consciousness, thus broadening her depth of wisdom and advancing her search of a holistic way of life.
Edwina was the first Asian outside of Japan to receive the Certification of HADO Instructor from
Dr. Masaru Emoto of IHM in 2005. Edwina is a Chinese-Canadian who has an in-depth understanding of
both Asian and Western cultures and thinking. She has a passion for Ancient Chinese wisdom and
Eastern philosophies, and is constantly researching how to combine both Western and Eastern insights
in today’s corporate society to achieve and sustain wellness that is beneficial to both the individual and the
body corporate.
