Chwen is passionate about awakening the leader in everyone, allowing the learning and growing of each individual to his or her fullest potential through teamwork and excellence in leadership. Her language ability in English, Chinese, Japanese and a few Chinese dialects, her ability to work across cultures and her open and warm personality allows her to connect with her clients and participants easily.

In the past 8 years, she has been training facilitators and trainers for Experiential Trainings. She also facilitated corporate trainings in team building, leadership, communication, creativity and DISC profiling in countries like Singapore, China, Korea, Malaysia and Vietnam. Her clients include Monetary Authority of Singapore, Singapore Public Service Division, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, AZ Electronic Materials, BASF, BNP Paribas, Cameron, Carl Zeiss, Colgate Palmolive, Daimler Financial Services & Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Estee Lauder, and Unilever Food Solutions.

Chwen has worked with diverse and international teams of MNCs in Singapore, Japan and China in the last 21 years. Her corporate experience spread across various industries such as the Auditing, Taxation, Management Consulting, Hospitality, Service, Logistic, HR outsourcing and Finance.

Organizations she has worked with include the CDL Hotel Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nippon Rikuun Sangyo Group of companies, Accenture Consulting, Cartus and JPMorgan. Chwen is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and is currently attaining her certification in Ontological Coaching with Newfield Network. She also trained in Leadership Transition Coaching by Fischer Group International; The Potential Project Corporate–based Mindfulness Training, Somatics and Leadership in Action 1 by Strozzi Institute.

She is a native Singaporean and she graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences degree in Chinese Studies, Japanese Studies and Sociology. She also has a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies with Singapore Institute of Management and has attained Level 1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.

Chwen enjoys food, friends, music, movies and travelling.
