Coach
In the volatile global economy, corporate leaders need to harness every measure of personal competence in order
to lead and manage effectively; to sustain the delivery of target results when functional skill alone is not enough.
The corporate leader is expected to continually break through to the next level of executive performance. To help
leaders meet the challenge, Shu-Jing combines insight and experience to coach top executives; help them manage
personal performance in a way that contributes to achieving organizational goals.
Shu-Jing’s coaching method and philosophy take full account of relevant contexts – such as multicultural
environments – that can influence an executive’s ability to deliver sustained excellence. This has made her the
coach-of-choice for enterprises that impose high standards for cross-cultural leadership abilities on its top
executives. Her experience – marked by an outstanding track record – has been the source of strategic insight that
guides her coaching practice.
