Tools and Approaches
Our toolkit includes a broad range of learning design approaches. We use simulations, group work, assessment instruments, experiential exercises, somatic exercises, reflection, guided reading, distributed learning and many other collaborative learning tools. We also make liberal use of storytelling and storybuilding to convey the important elements of organizational culture and personal values.
From the theatrical arts we borrow improvisation, role playing and group storytelling. From gestalt we import guided reflection, visualization and imaging. We use these tools to embed learning that enables individuals to accomplish organizational objectives and feel fulfilled, energized and ready for the next set of challenges.
