Program Designers

Another role some of our associates fulfill is that of Program Designer. With diverse backgrounds, these members of the HCD Team contribute breadth and depth to the design and development of powerful learning solutions.

Human Capital Development looks for creative, innovative and knowledgeable practitioners who understand how to reach and serve the adult learner. Furthermore, our program designers must know how to translate an organization’s learning objectives into a viable and attractive process in order for the learner to participate, integrate and apply the learning.

HCD’s program design team is experienced at applying blended learning solutions, utilizing the best in methodologies and tools that are available for any given engagement. Our collective aim is to find the best avenue to serve the purpose of the program while contributing to the individuals being addressed in the learning solution.
