Ching’s strength lies in her ability to help transform technical specialist managers into enterprise leaders and creators of value. She also coaches corporate executives tasked with leading and managing technology-driven enterprises including Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Ceramics & Insulators.

She has worked with Hewlett-Packard Far East, Petronas, Sony-Ericsson and Aditya Birla Group in a territory that spans Asia Pacific. During these engagements she coached and/or collaborated at executive/board level.

Ching’s coaching method combines understanding of behavior in organizations with keen grasp of the operational context. Prior to joining the Firm, Ching held key positions in various IT concerns such as Hewlett-Packard, Singapore Press Holdings and Singapore Computer Systems.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). Ching is also a Master Practitioner of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).
