Coach

Jane is a Certified Leadership Coach. She specialises in developing self awareness, resilience to change, openness to diversity and feedback, capacity for resolving difficulties, working through inner conflict and enhancing strategic thinking. Her interest and experience in silence and solitude as an integral part of adult development offers prospective clients a deep and very real coaching experience.

Her career has taken her from being a major in the British Army to senior HR advisor in the John Lewis Partnership in UK, to Director of a Meditation Center in the USA. Since 2004 she has worked on a variety of people development projects in Asia Pacific, USA, South Africa and Europe with groups and individuals from backgrounds as diverse as lawyers, bankers, accountants, academics, business owners, managers, supervisors, frontline staff, actors, musicians, entrepreneurs, doctors and the military. Jane has coached professionals from Citibank, UK Police, FedEx, Philips and a wide variety of small companies.

Leadership Coaching has been a consistent part of Jane’s career. She holds Certificates in Coaching from Georgetown University - USA and Results Coaching - Singapore. She has an MBA, is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is MBTI, FIRO-B & TMS accredited. In 1991 was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire for her work in leadership development.
