Facilitator
Yvonne delivers high-quality management and leadership workshops for junior to middle-level managers.
She also delivers customer service, interpersonal skills and image and etiquette workshops to academic
institutions and corporate organizations as well as developing and facilitating team building programs and
off-site retreats for business teams.
Yvonne has over 15 years of training and organizational development experience across various
industries including retail, healthcare, banking, insurance, information services and media across Asia.
She is certified in the use of Lominger’s VOICES, Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks and
Cubiks’ Personality & Preference Inventory & Reasoning for Business. She is also a Certified Trainer in
Development Dimensions International (DDI), Skills for an Empowered Workforce programs and a
Certified Color, Image and Etiquette Consultant by First Impressions, UK.
Before entering the field of facilitation, Yvonne was the Training Manager of a large US investment
bank. She has also worked as the Regional Training & Development manager at LexisNexis and Training
Manager at Reuters. She has also held learning and development roles at American International
Assurance, Singapore General Hospital and Lane Crawford.
Yvonne attended the National University of Singapore where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Administration (Dean’s List). She has an MA in Education and Human Resources Development
from George Washington University and an Advanced Certificate in
Instructional Design as well as a Diploma in Training and
Development from the Singapore Institute of Management.
