Program Designer

Sandy Oetterli is an experienced trainer and facilitator who is passionate about contributing to individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential. Her successful career reflects her growing capacity to contribute to the professional development of individuals, teams and businesses.

She combines over 18 years’ experience working within global MNC’s with her contributions as an external learning consultant serving a variety of commercial and government linked organizations to bring insight and focus to her work as a learning professional. She has covered every aspect of design, development and delivery of corporate learning activities. Whether working with a focused skills training or a complex talent development program, Sandy excels as both a consultant to her clients and a professional facilitator.

Specifically with regards to Talent Development, Sandy has designed and managed Development Centers and Talent Development programs for Senior Managers and Middle Managers throughout Asia Pacific.

Sandy was born in Switzerland and has traveled and lived across the globe. Hong Kong has been her home base since 2002. Her life and work experience give her a keen perspective on diversity and the complex needs of multi-cultural audience.

She holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from City University in London and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and German from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She is also accredited in a number of instruments, including Hogan Personality assessment, PDI 360 degree feedback, DISC, Hermann Brain Inventory and Change Pro simulation. She works fluidly in English and German.
